The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night. Temperature control worked great, keeping the space cool. There was a good shower with strong pressure. the remote for the small TV didn't work, requiring manual adjustments instead. I appreciated the ample USB charging ports, but the fridge was malfunctioning. Noise levels were manageable, and the gym had all the basic equipment needed. The breakfast spread was decent, and the staff was friendly, although not always attentive to requests like room changes.

Overall - well-kept place with attentive stuff with the service provided by the staff. Location - convenient and easy, really close to Jekyll Island as well as many area restaurants. Fab food, fairly priced.

The staff genuinely care about your comfort and are super friendly. The location is fantastic, right off the highway, making it a breeze for quick stops, and the place is spotless with nice, cool rooms.

Came here for 1 night with my children, had a very very good stay. The staff I met was accommodating and awesome. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including eggs, pancakes, baked buns and hot waffles.

Nice, large living area and bedroom. Everything was super clean, even the tub! Comfy beds and big towels. Breakfast options were good, but no eggs or meat. Friendly staff helped with luggage late at night. Facilities include fitness center and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and flat-screen TV made it cozy.

Great location near the highway made it easy to explore. The room was spacious and clean, but there were a few things that left us uneasy. The air conditioner squeaked loudly, and unsettling noises at night raised concerns about safety. Housekeeping knocked too early and opened the door without waiting for a response—definitely needed more training. Breakfast had decent options, but the attendant's watchful eye made it uncomfortable for some. The parking situation was solid, and the gentleman at check-in was nice, but the overall experience had its ups and downs. Would expect improvements next time.

I had a rough stay—really annoying that there were no spare blankets for the couch bed. Plus, the staff seemed clueless about it. I just needed a comfy night, but it turned out to be frustrating instead.

Price, cleanliness and convenient location.

Climate control in room was very difficult to adjust -- either too hot or too cold. Blower on A/C was stuck on high and it was right next to the bed. No mid-weight blanket -- we were too cool with just the sheet -- but too hot with the down comforter. A nice light blanket would have been great -- or the ability to control the climate better.

Omg, the was the comfiest bed ever! 😍 the location was convenient, but the noisy on the side was a downside. However, the service was quick and easy.
